Act and perform in a one-of-a-kind workshop to produce a live radio drama!

For ages 9 and up.

Re-creating Radio is a two-hour workshop where ages nine and up produce radio dramas using scripts, sound effects, and music. The workshop takes participants through the many stages of radio production, including casting, microphone and sound effects training, and a cue rehearsal, before they put on a "live" broadcast. The series brings to life stories in the tradition of Robin Hood, Superman, and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Each participant receives a copy of the performance following the workshop.

Tickets, at $10 per participant, must be purchased in advance of the workshop date, by phone or in person at the Paley Center. Workshops may also be reserved at a group rate.
